Meet Dr. Chris Yandle, an award-winning public relations professional, one-time (as the kids say) viral social media sensation and creator of #DadLunchNotes, adjunct professor, bestselling author (briefly), dad, and sweater vest enthusiast.

A native of South Louisiana and a now-recovered college athletics administrator, Dr. Chris Yandle is an award-winning public relations professional at the college athletics, K-12, and higher education levels. After spending over a decade at five different NCAA Division I college athletics programs, he has worked in education in his home state of Louisiana since 2017. He returned to higher education in March 2021 as the Assistant Commissioner for Public Affairs with the Louisiana Board of Regents.

In April 2023, the Public Relations Association of Louisiana's Baton Rouge Chapter recognized him as Practitioner of the Year. Over his 16-year career, Dr. Yandle has received 40 regional or national public relations and communications awards for his work in college athletics, K-12, and higher education.

Chris became a national and international viral sensation in 2021 for the daily inspirational notes he writes his daughter Addison. The father-daughter duo appeared on NBC's TODAY, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Good Morning America, and even media outlets in France, Sweden, Germany, South Korea, and Japan.
